I would never walk this path like this guy. Ever!

This video made me so nervous I started to sweat.

The guy that filmed this was NOT tied to the walking rope and walked the entire thing holding a camera. You have to watch the whole thing. It is totally nerve racking.

wow, those people are absolutely crazy! Especially when they just walk across a bar..insane.

I would love to do something like this, though I'd never be able to carry a camera with me at the same time.

I would but ONLY if I was hooked up. Otherwise I would be dead in 5 seconds

Wow. I was thinking "Maybe I'd try" until they got to walking across the metal bar. No way. This person must be a trained tightrope walker or something!

Whoever did that was insane, they didn't even use the guidelines.  No way, ever. =0

no no they did use guidelines at some parts - seemingly not the parts where they walked across the exposed metal.

It kept making me think, those big pieces that and broken and fallen away... did anyone follow it down originally? Or what about the guy that stepped and made a small hole appear the first time?? - omg!

I'm not even affraid of heights and my hands were sweating by the end of it!  Insane!!  Love it!

That's very cool. It looks like some people were attached to ropes but the poster wasn't? I'd also guess he had the camera attached to his head similar to those headlight torches you can buy.

What amazed me was how many people were on the track!

nope he did not have the camera attached to his head. he carried it the whole way, and he was not attached to the ropes either.

There are many other videos of this mining path out there.  It's quite famous.  My father wants to do it, of all people.

I've been on sections of trail that are like that, but never anything of nearly that distance/height - wow. (And I always held on to the rope)

I would love to give it a go, but only if I could clip myself onto the rope like some of the other walkers did.

Holy crappers, I just about peed myself... that was insane. I don't mind heights, and hell yeah I go bungee jumping but if there's nothing to catch me/strap me in I'm totally outta there!
