new bikini pics..
Well, the one of me in the pink bikini is me 22 pounds heavier, but I mean, I CAN'T TELL A DIFFERENCE!! How much do I have to lose to see a difference?? Seriously!
I'm hoping that by making these images public it'll get my butt working harder so that I can quickly replace them with hotter pics : ]
there's a definite difference! good job girlie. If you want to tone up, try different kinds of situps and lunges/squats. I'm doing an x-ball class and a cardio/lower body and abs class to get ready for swimsuit season :)
Yeah, I'm trying to lose then tone, but I think it's getting to the point where I should tone as I lose.. Lunges kick my butt, but alas, they must be done! I think I'm going to take those 'cardio sculpt' classes at my gym a few times a week. No matter how fit I think I am, every time I take those classes I'm sore for days...
I see a difference. It's working, keep at it!
YOu can definately tell a difference! Way to go!! I took my bikini/before pics..and ugh!! What turned up on the camera was not what I saw in the mirror. Plus when I take *before* pics I just stand straight on to the camera....I don't do my *posing* shots like I would normally do for a fun pic with friends.
You look great!! go for that class..I love a class that i can *feel* the next day!
I see a difference. You should take pictures of you in profile though from here on out; makes it easier to tell a difference. Use the timer on your camera to snap profile pics, or have someone take the pics for you, I'm available.
i can DEFINITELY see a difference! you really look great!
I think I always look better when i'm more tan, so I'd take that into consideration. You can tell in your sides and upper stomach I think :-)
Very nice, I guess the nicest thing a man can say is I would do you. ![]()
Yea as everyone says, I can see a huge difference between these pics. Your body is definitely changed:) Good job!! 22 pounds make your body a lot different as I can see in your pics. Keep working;)
Ok so I just viewed the two pics (the new front pic and the old pic in the pink bikini) and wow holy crap, I DO see a huge difference!! What used to be a tire around my waist is now like a tiny speed bump! WHOOO!!
I also noticed that in the old pic I was a beautiful gold color, and now I'm an eggshell white : P Ha ha ha
I can tell a difference too. I think having a tan makes you look thinner too, thats why I need a tan.
If I look as good as you did at 170 when I'm 170, I'll be thrilled! How tall are you?
I'm 5'7.5", but I tell everyone I'm 5'8" : ] hahaha

if you concentrate more on weight/strength training, you will see the largest differences in shape change. i've only lost seven lbs so far in a month and a half, but i've lost at least 2 sizes off my body, the inches are litterally coming off every week, even though the scale barely moves. i've done this by doing 1/2 weight lifting, so that i don't lose muscle, while i'm also losing fat. you won't see the scale drop dramatically, but you will see inches coming off overnight. for weight training i started with kickboxing classes, for full body conditioning, then i moved up to doing weight squats, deadlifts and rows. i like to do them in the class - to get an idea of how to do them with proper form, then when i don't have class, i'll do the squats, deadlifts, rows, bicep curls...etc..on on my own before i do any elliptical or treadmill.
but you look good! and congrats!
There is a huge difference!! Honestly though -- you looked pretty great at 170. I wish I looked that great at 170!! (We are the same height too.) I agree it would be easier to see a difference if you had a tan -- and also if you had on the same bikini.
Your upper body/tummy is a LOT smaller!! You look fab, be proud girl!
Why can athletes eat so much?
Athletes need adequate calories to offset those they burn in training and competition. They eat to either maintain their body mass or gain muscle... Read more
