Hey Everyone!
Im new to CC and looking to loose about 50lbs. Im currently at my heaviest that ive ever been and im 182 at a shot 5ft 5. Have usually been slim but after over 2 years in a comfy relaionship have let myself go somewhat!
I have lost weight before but this time im determined to keep it off. So far ive lost 5 lbs in about 2 weeks. I have yet to start exercising but with College and Work im finding it hard to to fit in and just want to relax when i finally get home!
Love to hear from anyone in the same boat! Share tips, progress and motivation!

Welcome to CC. Congrats on wanting to be healthier and lose a few pounds. Health is key of course!!
One tip that I have...always and i mean ALWAYS have workout clothes nearby...you never know when there's an opportunity to sneak in a mini workout and EVERYTHING helps!! so even 15 minutes is better than nothing at all..if you can do that twice a day then you've got a full fledged day of working out under your belt!
small changes are key, not giant ones. we dont want a relapse or other negative effects so remember that slow and steady is the most promising for lifelong weight management!!
