Hey all, i'm completely lost on this thing. I know how to use the food log and weight log but that's about it. I'm supposed to be on a weight maintenance diet but the weight has kept coming off, it's slowed down alot though as I lost it far too fast and didn't realize till I signed up here and learned more about food and nutricion. I'm 175cm or 5"8 and 54 kilograms or roughly 119 pounds

It's underweight techinically but I'm struggling to eat enough to maintain yet alone gain, and I'm definitely still finding it difficult to get the balance right when it comes to food, anyway just an introduction really, good luck to everybody out there I wish you all the best ! :)
