Hello, not exactly sure where to begin I am 43 and weigh around 260lbs at 5'10" tall toyed with the idea of joining a gym but with my job I am always on the road, you see I am a truck driver usually on the road for 3 to 4 weeks at a time. not sure how many of you have had a chance to see the state of health most trucker's are in suffice it to say it is not a pretty sight. I have gone from eating out of truckstops which has oversized meals for large men and women to putting a microwave in my truck to try and counter my weight gain. I used to drink quite a bit of soda have switched to water. though for the most part I am still limited in what I can purchass from truck stops so thought watching my calories might be the ticket
