New to CC and would like some tips
Hi All!
Kiwi girl here :) I used to belong to Weight Watchers but I've hit a stand still there, so I deicded to try something else. I would love to lose another 10 - 11kg.
I do a lot of exercise, I have been pole dancing for over 18 months and just got back into Ballet recently and I also run a lot. I struggle with the eating side of things!!!
Does anyone find Calorie Count hard to follow because its mostly american based or have you learnt to work around that? Also have you lost any weight while doing CC???
Would love to hear back from anyone thanks :)
