New to CC But Not New To Losing Weight.....

Quote  |  Reply

Once upon a time there was a guy in Ohio who weighed 537 pounds, only it's not a fairytale, it's true. I would type it all here but it's in a nine page Microsoft .wps file. If anyone is interested in reading about my 325+ weight loss you may email me at tw44691@gmail.com. I have before & after pics too if you would like to see the metamorphosis! lol I took pics each month on the way to goal. I promise that I won't spam ya or share your address with anyone!

The reason I'm here writing this today....I joined CC June 10, 2009, decided that I'd try it for a month before I added my "two cents" on any journal or forum. So today's date is July 10th and I'm well pleased with my progress. I'm down a little over 10 pounds...ok...10.4 and love this site. I need to continue my online food & exercise diaries, it helps soooo much! Agree?

I've also enjoyed your tremendous success stories, & said "been there, done that" with some of the good folks here who are struggling! I'm an open book about my weight loss, any questions? fire away!

If you look at my food diaries & activity logs DON"T FREAK OUT! Because of my substantial weight loss & other medical factors I have the metabolism of a 199 year old man! lol

Thanks for reading this mess, I wish you.......

All My Best,

Tim
