16. Anything Else You'd Like To Share? I have been doing WW for over a year and a half and have lost over 70lbs with that. I can't afford to pay for the service anymore, so my Dr suggested I check out CC. I find it amazingly similar and fairly easy to use, so far. I am hoping to find some good supportive people here as I did with WW. Its nice to meet you all and I hope to get to know all of you.
I have been struggling since before the holidays with motivation to stay on track. I've been allowing myself to eat things I know if I start eating it I will want to continue to eat it until its gone. I know I shouldn't even have it in the house, but have boughten it anyway. I am going grocery shopping tomorrow and stock up on the good healthy whole food I know I should be eating to fuel my body with. I can do this, I've gotten this far and I need to get to my goal, to show myself I can do it and get to the end of this part at least. Then comes maintainence....

Welcome and congratulations to you! -70 lbs is really impressive! Keep it up, don't go back!
I hope you find the support you need here. I've been using CC for one year now. Even when I wasn't on track, I would still check in and post in my favorite forums to keep up with my friends. I guess that's why when I started gaining weight, I didn't do too much damage. Knowing people here where cheering for me helped me get back on track.
