new to this whole right way of weight loss ive done plenty of crash dieting but nothing seemed to work. i started my process about a month ago and its been hard after always seeing drastic results within a week and now having to keep on it it is definatly a struggle. i am realizing i need constant motivation to stay on track and right now it seems as though my motivation is lacking. hopefully this can help me get back on track
