New Year Diet - Anyone Still Going?
I am,cant believe ive lasted this long without falling off the wagon,started at 325lb today i'm 243.
Want to get to 182 so still abit to go yet.
I started, uh, a little late, on February 1st at 245 pounds... as of this morning, June 8th, I'm 206 pounds. Last week and a half I've been bouncing back and forth between 208, 207 and 206. I'm determined to get to 200lbs by July 1st though... well we'll see if that goal is reached.

I started on Dec 26 and am still going. It is coming off much slower but I am the lightest I have been since I was a senior in high school. I started at 250 and was at 196 this morning. I haven't had near as much time to exercise with work and coaching but I continue to make sure to eat right and walk every where when possible to get some added exercise.

Way to go guys! I too, am still plugging away, started Jan 5th at 214lbs, and as of this morning I am 167lbs. YAY! Only 10 more to go.
I think I'm switching to maintenance cals July 1st for the summer though, but I'll keep up the exercise and get back on track once camping season is over.

Wow! - all of you posters (above) should be in the motivation forum as "success stories". I'm totally impressed at your accomplishments.
I also started in January - well, kind of. It took me a little while to figure things out and get things going. At first I didn't really seem to be losing. Recently I've dropped a few pounds so I think I've found the right combination of calories and exercise. Anyway...total pounds lost is 10 - not alot, but I'll take it.

I can't believe I'm still going, but I'm down to 131 from 158 so far. I have 16 to go since I'm a shorty.

Started at 212 in January and hit 178 yesterday....3 more for the end of the month goal and 18lbs total for my overall goal of 160lbs. Keep it up everyone, we are doing fantastic!!!
Uh, well.... I started yesterday:) but you guys are such geat motivation! Great job! I hope I do as well as you! Currently I weigh 190 pds. (I'm 5'7''). I hope to go down to 160 by September and then to 140 by December! Wish me luck!

Started Jan 5th at 254. At 229 today. Goal is under 200!
Started Jan 1st - down from 154 to 138, haven't lost anything since the start of April though but haven't gained either so i guess that's something.
I started at 152 and am now 126 and still losing.
My one and only "new year's resolution" in my life.

I officially started on the site a little early at my doctor's suggestion. My physical was on November 25th, and I started on December 1st.
I had one derailment in April where I gained some weight back (a battle with depression paired with Easter dinners and a weekend road trip), but I got back on and am still going.
Start Weight - 378
Doctors Goal - 340 by June 1st
My Goal - 300 by Dec 31 (New Years resolution)
Current Weight - 332
We should take and add up what we've lost collectively.....I'm sure in the past 5 months one or two of us have disappeared.... lol
The only NY resolution I made was to eat at least one serving of green vegetables every day and I'm still doing it :)
I started on January 9 at 168 pounds (or so - that's what the scale claimed, but i was wearing bulky clothing and I'm not sure I trust it), and now I'm 136! My original goal was 135, but now I think I want to go down to 120 (I'm 5'4).

Found CC in January and started counting cals here, but was walking and trying to be more active since fall of last year. I weighed 159 around 1/11 or so when I weighed in for the first time in at least 2 years. My present weight is 136 and I'm still plugging away. I'd like to lose maybe 8 more pounds, but more than anything, I want my body to be rock hard with 0 cellulite!!!
