flatbread lights - at only 90 calories these big tortilla like wraps have become my main bread, i also make tasty little pizzas on them.
Yum, those are BOTH good. I would have to say asapargus. I used to never eat it, but now it is like I can't get enough.
spicy red pepper hummus is amazing... especially with fresh pita bread and veggies.
so where do we find spicy red pepper hummus? Just your basic grocery store? I'll have to look for it!
I'm with nicole318, I've been eating alot of asapargus! Canned and fresh!
tribe makes a great number of different flavored hummuses. i can usually find them in or near the deli refrigerated section. or you can make your own....use chicken stock instead of extra olive oil to thin it out and keep the calories low. use anything you like to spice it up!
Quaker Maple and Brown Suger Oatmeal. My entire life I've thought that oatmeal was really disgusting. I randomly decided to try this kind, and now I'm an addict.
tomatoes... never liked them before... now i do
yeah you can find spicy red pepper hummus at most grocery stores.
chilton24: try the cinnamon one (weight loss) it is awesome without any extra sugar. Asparagus rocks and new fav would be turkey burgers with celery salt, roasted red peper and artichoke hearts. MMMMMMMMMMM
I bought Quaker Corn Grits (regular) while I was in the states, since it was 100 cals per serving and has loads of Iron!
I really like it, but it's not sold here in Canada.. I'll have to plan another trip soon. Dunno about the flavoured ones though.. CHEESE? BACON? sounds kinda gross to eat for breakfast.. I put a little brown sugar in mine.

Word to hummus. hummus rocks! i just tend to eat way too much of it!
This is rather silly, but I really like plain yellow mustard now! I didn't mind it before, but I used to prefer mayo on my sandwiches. Well, I swapped plain yellow mustard (very low cal) because it WAS low-cal, and I really like it!

Salome- hummus is great. There are tons of flavors. I recommend that you go to a mediterranean restaurant... the hummus there tends to be a lot better than store bought. But if you just want to try some, pick up some pita bread and some veggies (I love sliced bell peppers with hummus).
julielet - may I have the turkey burger recipe? That sounds wonderful.
My favorite is Central Market's hummus (they have a heavy hand with the garlic) from the prepared dips section.
