My new favorite sweet snack.
So I'm on a low fat, (try not to eat) no granulated sugar, high protein diet...
And what I did was 2 servings of sugar free jello. Whip it up with a fork and then add 1 diced up nectarine/pear/peach. whatever is dicable. haha
Its like 20 calories for the jello and like 60-80 for the fruit. So it's roughly 80-100 calories (and it makes a whole bowl full) And no fat and soooo good. haha
I'm thinking about getting some Cool Whip Free next time. Which is 15 cals and no fat no sugar.....
