I have some old favourites that I make/buy again and again, classics so to speak....but lately have noticed myself saying "It's my new favourite __!"
Anyone have any old or new favourites to share ideas?

New fave: Chocolate and Oat Fibre One bar, omg so yummy!

Old fave: Brussels sprouts braised in orange juice and finshed with 1tsp butter
New fave: Cabbage! Especially stir-fried...hey that's pretty close to my old fave lol

Old fave: Fuji apples
New fave: Bananas. Can't seem to get enough of them, never used to like them!

Old fave: BioBest 1% plain yogurt
New fave: canterra cheese. It's a naturally low fat, sharp, hard cheese

Old fave: pork sirloin chops
New fave: Turkey thigh. Cheap, high in iron, moist and delicious

Old fave: Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches
New fave: Chocolate and oats Fibre One breakfast bar...honestly they're that good!

Haha, thinking healthily has encouraged me to try different things, which has actually added to my favorite list, and has caused me to dislike/cut down on processed foods.

Well, I guess I'll list my LAST previous favorite. There was a time when I was not health-conscious AT ALL, and then a time inbetween. I think I'll list those, and my current ones of course.
