but they taste sooo good!! i love the pb one the best
Here's something I read about HFCS:

"When you eat calories from healthy sources, they turn off your desire to eat by inhibiting production of NPY [this decreases metabolism and increases appetite] or by producing more CART [this increases metabolism, reduces appetite, and increases insulin to deliver energy to muscle cells rather than be stored as fat]. BUT fructose in HFCS, isn't seen by your brain as regular food. Because your brain doesn't see any of the fructose in the thousands of HCFS-containing foods as excess calories or as NPY suppressants, your body wants you to keep eating."
i got sucked in by the fiber one label today: bought two boxes of TLC crackers, then got them home to compare and found out they're not much better than my old multigrain wheat thins.

luckily, they were on sale, and they're pretty yummy.  i might buy them again, but i sure won't pay the regular price!
I bought these the other day and thought they were really good.  Then I read up on them and found out about the HFCS.  They also have hydogenated soybean oil.  The site I read recommended GNU Foods bars.  They have 12 grams of fiber and only all natural ingredients.  I am going to order some when I get paid.
