Hello all,
I'm brand new here and I'm hoping I can get some support. I'm trying yet another diet. Our job is doing weight watchers and I'm on the core plan. I've tried counting points before and that didn't work for me at all. It only lasted a few weeks. I'm hoping this will work better. Anyone out there done it?
I'm an emotional eater and a boredom eater as well! I need all the help I can get.

Hey-
Yes I've tried it, the key is completely and honestly focus on your rate of fullness. I'm sure you probably already know that, but that was the hardest thing for me. I wasn't able to be completely be honest with myself so I would eat too much.
