Hi everyone... I'm so glad to have found this website and forum. I am a "new" Mommy to an 11 month old little girl. I have always been a thin girl, but I now weigh less than I did before I got pregnant and am looking for a way to get and look healthier. So many people roll their eyes at me when I say I want to gain weight, so I'm glad to have supporters on here now! Looking forward to being a part of the journey.
Hi. Congrats on the new baby. First what is your weight and height? How much are you eating daily now and can you try making increases? For myself I did it 200 cals every 2 days or so with small breaks. Some here find 500 a week till there is adequate weight gain. Cam you identify some problems of why you are underweight? Pre planning for me is very key at this point though I hope to become more flexible. I understand the dumb comments by people and it can make things harder. Do you have someone who can support you though? Try to remind yourself everyone is different and often when people don't understand something they react in what you are talking about.
