Hi everybody,

My name is Michelle and I'm new to this calorie counting way of losing weight, so I'd love someone to perhaps 'buddy up' with to keep the motivation flowing.

Before I came to University I weighed 9 stone. I now weigh 11st 8lbs. I'm sure each and everyone of you can appreciate how frustrating this can be. I'm only 20yrs old, and I'd like to enjoy being young in a healthy way instead of feeling tired, unattractive and often unwell.

I mostly put the weight gain down to being unable to afford to go to the gym like I used to, along with binge eating to get through long study sessions and also, sitting around too much to study. 

I'd like to weigh around 10stone. If anyone would like to ease me into what I expect to be a disciplined life style change from my currently admittedly lazy one, then just let me know. 

I'd love to be able to play a part in someone elses success story too!
