Hello,
I have been reading threads for some time now on this site, never really crossed my mind to actually join up.
I have my own issues, that will eventually crop up as questions that have been asked by many. The only difference being, the answers will be directed to me and in someway, that would feel incredibly comforting.
I hope to relate to you all in someway and maybe even give a little advice to help you along your own journey through life's cryptic adventure.

My issues are quite common on here, my main issue/s is ED and Depression.
I have been through the whole 'Starvation' episode and the Binge till it hurts. Thus resulting in guilt and punishing myself, physically and mentally.
All in all, it's quite frustrating..
I just need to get back on track..
I weighed in at 18 Stone 11 Pounds in March of this year, I now currently weigh in at 13 Stone 2 pounds. I have achieved a great deal, I have never in my life been average in terms of weight, I have always been overweight and close to morbidly obese; if not actually reaching that stage.
I still want to lose weight.. Being sedentary is so appealing, but I still love my workouts.. It's a love/hate relationship at times.
