Hi everyone I'm Belle. I've been overweight my whole life and constantly fighting.
This semester I am taking a PE course to finish my BA and I want to be able to continue after that is over so here I am.
I'm looking forward to chatting with everyone and working on positive life changes!
Welcome Belle! I've been on CC for a while but never really used on the tools available nor the support with these boards. I'd love to chat and motivate each other. I lost a bunch of weight a few years ago, and while I didn't really gain it back, I never got to me goal weight. So, here I am back to try and finish it this time! Look forward to chatting with you! Do you have any goals for now or just getting started? My goal is to lose 20-30 pounds by the end of January (long term). For the short term, my goals this week are to stock the house with healthy foods and work out at least three times this week along with watching my calorie intake. Look forward to hearing yours and chatting with you!
