Hi All

A long time ago I begin using online weight loss communities for support etc. That really helped me in my weight loss efforts. The community I used last has died and for several years I haven't been able to find a new one that met my needs.

I hope this one will be what I need in order to loose weight I've regained and then be able to shed the rest of the pounds I need to lose in order to reach goal.

AT this time I've regained about 40 lbs. 20 of those was gained from March to now of this year.

I use to exercise and journal. Well I don't anymore. Especially this year when work demands have increased and I work much longer hours.

It will take me a bit to catch on to how things work on this forum/group.

Hi! Well I'm new here too.

Actually you should try to dedicate 20 minutes at the end of the day to keep a diary of what you eat. It helps SO much.

Wish you to make your dream come true.

I have lost 23lbs so far on Calorie Count and the community is so supportive!  I have 20 more to go!  Good luck!

Thank you for the replies and the welcoming comments.

When I was successful I always journaled my food. I also found that pre-planning helped me a lot. So I think using the food log here is a good idea. Thanks for the suggestion.

Congratulations on the 23 lb weight loss. Soon you'll be at goal so keep on keeping on

As for me my own personal goal is 140 which is above this sites suggested goal. But for me that's the weight I feel and look best at.

At this time I weigh 257. If my math is correct it will take a 117lb weight loss to reach 140.

Thank you again everyone

Can anyone tell me how to view all replies to a post so I can reply to them in a less generic way.
