Hi,

 

I'm Debbie and I'm new. Just here trying to learn how to eat healthier and be aware of exactly what I am putting into my body. I have been dieting most of my life and I tend to fluctuate in weight. I want to not only lose weight and be healthy  but set a good example for my daughter. I hope to meet many new people and make new friends as we support each other on the way to healthier bodies.

Hey Pixie!
Congrats on your big decision and taking steps in the right direction.  It seems a lot of us are here in the hopes of being a great example to our kiddos and hopefuly sparing them from what we have been through and battled. :O)  I HATE diets, so this site is wonderful - no dieting for me, just changing how I think and eat and behave...not easy, but wonderful!
