12. Biggest Obstacle to Getting Healthy? I have bad asthma and everytime i seem to be getting somewhere with my workouts i seem to have a bad attak and have to start over again.

I have asthma too (and arthritis), so I know how hard it is to get a good workout going. I took up walking, and it seems to work for me.
