New here, is this goal attainable?? Help!

Hi everyone, I'm new here and I put in all my numbers to register but I need some more help.

Currently, I'm a student, but I've begun to work out everyday (1/2 hour intervals  of cardio, 1/2 hour weight trainin) plus three days a week, I do an hour extra of cardio on a treadmill. (at about 3.8-4 mph w/ varying inclines). I'm not exactly sure where to put my activity level at...because while I don't sit for the rest of the day, I'm not panting and sweating. Laundry, cooking, reading, etc.

I used to weigh 128, and currently weigh 165 because of stress from school. I'm a 20 yr old female, 5'5'', medium frame. I'd like to get down to 125-128. Can someone please help me figure out a healthy way of doing this calorie wise? I've used so many different calculators and I'm just confused.

Thanks in advance, any help is greatly appreciated!

I put you at light activity, which returned 2100, and then moderate activity, which puts you at 2400. If you split the difference and aim not to have a deficit too close to the edge, you could probably lose at a nice, steady pace eating about 1500 cals/day.

Best of luck.
