New To The Group
Greetings, I am new to this in every way. I am retired Navy and now work with DOD Police.
I hope this is where to start.
In Feb I started out over 300# and now I am down to 244#. I an trying to now loose 2 - 3 pounds a week until I reach 200#.
Any comments or suggestions will be greatly appricated.

Welcome. Way to go on the loss. Two lbs. a week is solid. I started working on my weight last October at 247 lbs. I now weigh 179 and feel great. The only thing I didn't do is weight train and I lost some strength. I'm on that now and am feeling the difference.

My name is Carl. I served 23 years in the US Navy. I am now working with DOD police. I have had a weight problems all my life but now am getting it under control.
I have had great support from the trainers at the military base gym where I work out.
Activities include church activities, Bible studies, blackpowder events, blackpowder shoots, buckskinning, camping / rustic camping, fishing, flyfishing, gardening, hiking, hunting, muzzleloader hunting, rendezvous.
Foods include what won't eat me first
, all in moderation.
