Hi Everyone my name is Julie and I am 19 weeks pregnant with my first babe.
Weight history - I struggled with my weight all of my life and lost 80 pounds in 2002 and kept it off... Christmas and vacations I would always go up 10 pounds or so but would work to get it back off. This Christmas I went up my usual 10 and then became pregnant!! Surprise!! So i was already starting about 10 pounds heavier then I like to be. The first 3 months of my pregnancy I felt like I had a hangover 24/7 so... I basically ate all the time trying to feel better and no working out. Now that I'm in my second trimester I feel wayyyyy better. I have began walking about 9k a day for about 3-4 days a week. I am also doing some toning exercises about 3 days a week. This has been happening now for 2 weeks. My eating is much better now that I don't want big macs and bagels all the time. I am eating salad, veggies, fruit, and all the good stuff but am far from being on a "diet". I am having a hard time seeing myself getting bigger because the focus of my life for the past 7 years has been maintaining my weight. I have to keep telling myself that the weight will come off after the baby has been born. I have joined cc to get myself back on track during my pregnancy and also to help me get the weight off after my baby is born :)
Can I do OA with Calorie Count?
