Hello

I'm 42 and I weigh 150 and  would like to get down to 130.  I try to eat right but its very hard.  I love eating out.  I do good for a few days then I'm back to my old self.  Like this morning, I had an apple in my hand that I was going to eat, instead I ate an apple pie.  I need help!

I will volunteer to help. Tell me more. Single / married? Children? Why do you want to lose weight? Whose idea was it for you to lose weight?

I am new to the group and the main reason I would like to lose weight is for my wedding. I've been doing well, but it always nice to have support. My husband to be is also trying to get more fit and I thought this group would be great for some ideas on dineers that I can make for him. No kids just a puppy who is as time consuming as a kid.
