Greetings, I am new to this in every way. I am retired Navy and now work with DOD Police.
I hope this is where to start.
In Feb I started out over 300# and now I am down to 244#. I an trying to now loose 2 - 3 pounds a week until I reach 200#.
Any comments or suggestions will be greatly appricated.
i'm not sure how to use this..... so let me know if you got this. i'm a 40 yr old, recently lost 42 pounds and finally slim. but i have high blood pressure and was put on meds a couple months ago.
sounds like you're doing a great job losing weight! how did you do it?
i feel like i'm too young to have high BP and its not weight related & i quit smoking.
First of, mucho congrats on losing the weight. You must be very proud of yourself. I have heard that it is unhealthy to lose more than a pound a week. How are you managing to/going to manage to lose so much more per week?
