Hello to everyone. In addition to being new to the Calorie Count website I have never joined a group. I assume you just post anytime you have a thought and hope someone 'pings back' so to speak.
I've lost 35 lbs recently just watching what I eat and making the effort with exercise. I'm working on getting off the last 12 lbs which is my personal goal before my big 40th B-day in January.
The main challenge I'm facing is snacks during work. I'm a nibbler and love my sweet and salty fix.
Anyone have suggestions to curb the beast?
Yeah. Drink water or something refreshing will help. The minute you snack, your taste buds will "wake up" and left you wanting for more and more.
If it's more of a habit than real hunger, you just have to redo that habit :)

Figure out what type of eater you are and you might just find the answer to permanent weight loss.
