Hello. I am 21 yrs old and I've been gaining a lot of wieght lately. It's not as much as I make it seem but I would like to get control of my weight before it's too late. I used to exercise everyday and be able to eat whatever I wanted and now I see things aren't going to always be that way. I now must count my calories and this is something I have never done before so it's a bit out of my league. I just hope that with me in this group I can manage accomplishing my calorie count and having support from you all. XoXo

welcome to the group. You can do it. I know it won't be easy but with the encouragement in the group. You will be able to do so again welcome to the group.
