I have been trying to lose weight for 5 years. Today is my first day with Calorie Count. I joined this group to keep myself accountable. My main problem is I did not know how many calories I needed to eat per day. I am married with two kids. I have two dogs, one gecko and several fish. I used to do sprint triathalons until I gained 20 lbs and now my joints hurt. Need to lose so I can race again.
I did a sprint tri last year and the year before. That is so cool! Welcome and I hope you like the site. Counting Calories is a pain in the buttocks. But sometimes it helps; kinda depends on what you put into it. The relationships and the accountability help the most so make friends here. :) Hint Hint me for instance.
