Just getting started...It's late around 10pm eastern standard time.  So, I guess I will start  tomorrow.  Leaving for vacay tommorrow and I know it will be difficult.  I have to admit it doesnt seem that the post on this site are very current. Or perhaps I'm doing something wrong.  If anyone has any encouraging words or advice plz shoot me some words of wisdom....

I would start my writing down everything I ate.  Writing it down helps you be accountable and see where you can make some healthy changes.  Don't try to change too many things at once though.  Focus on one or two things at first. Good Luck. :)
