I've never really introduced myself even though I check in on this group occasionally. My name is Kim.  I'm 42 and just trying to stay motivated.  I lost 5 lbs. over the summer, but gained it all back.  When I get into a groove with my workouts, I usually do pretty well until something major happens to upset my schedule.  I can't afford a gym right now and my house is too small for major workout equipment.  If anyone wants to share what they are doing at home to stay fit that would be a help.

I started out with running/walking outdoors (couch to 5k program is a good one to follow) and i loved doing Jillian Michaels' the biggest winner 5 dvd set. I also reccommend tae bo!
