my name is Sharie and I am a stay at home mom with 3 kids. I've decided to try this out with the hope that maybe I can get some needed encouragement from those who live in the same general area, and are dealing with the same general things. I've recently put on about 20 pounds, and Christmas pretty much did me in. I really need to get motivated again. Anyone have any ideas?
