Okay, here are the new *half-nekkid* before/after pics
My wife took some shirtless pics of me at my biggest - 275 or so, but I can't find them, so I put in this one from 2003 - I was already at least 250.
And then a couple more from today. Still a little ways to go and I want to firm up a bit, but not so bad for a 38, I guess.
Anyway, be gentle, be brutal - I don't care. I'm happy with my progress either way.
Yesterday I got a new job with significantly better pay, and I'm almost sure I would not have gotten it had I gone in looking the obese mess that I used to be.
Getting fit pays off in more ways than one!

As excited as I am about the new job, I'm also really nervous. I've been with my company 7 years, and now I'm diving into a related but different and more challenging field, so it's a bit scary. The nice comments at least are a little boost toward the day when I start and have to really knuckle down.
