Hi, my name is Daniella and I am new! I just wanted to take the time to introduce myself and maybe share some of my goals?
My goal is to be about 135lbs, I am 5'8. Some people say that may be too thin but it is about where I would like to be. I have about 25lbs to go to reach that level. I lost 150lbs about two years ago, so right now I am literally half of the person I used to be. I am sure some people can relate to this situation.
I am a vegetarian and when I first became a vegetarian I was thinner than I am now, but as soon as I stopped eating meat I started eating (guess what?)-- CARBS CARBS CARBS!!!! So I gained 10 or 15lbs in the process which I have been able to lose most of through exercise and discipline. I just really want to go all the way this time and reach my target weight.
Anyways, that is about it! Hopefully I'll be able to use this nifty resource to help me get to where I want to be! :0)
Yeah, I also went through the vegetarian carb phase, but luckily I'm over it, but occasionally those carb cravings are still hard to fight!
