Hi! I am new to the site. My friend told me about it and I figured I would give it a try. I have done Weight watchers so many times and HATE couting points. I would get bored with the food I was eating cause I was afraid to change it at all. So I hope counting Calories will be a bit easier as I can choose a bit more things to eat.

I have tried Weight Watchers as well and used the core plan so I didn't count points. Counting calories is about the same, but either way, you need to monitor how much goes in and how much you work off. This site gives you many ways to help you do this. Good luck!
