I am a weight lifter who once in my life i had a 4 pack. Im currently 15 years old and after a year of fustration, im going to start back on a healthy life style. I use to be thin and fit untill i had my mind set at, "i workout and run so i will eat what ever". As that progressed i gained 5% more bf and 20 lbs. starting monday i will begin my 16 week program made by Arnel on iwantsixpackabs.com. Also i am in taekwondo which i attend about everday and i will be doing interval training after each workout of Arnels program. My goal is to get my abs back and be more healthy. so yea thats basically it.

Good luck? Cograts? I hope you do well...

Good for you for wanting to be healthy!  But just remember that you are 15.  Your body is still growing.  It's only natural to gain some weight as you reach maturity.  Just remember to eat enough to fuel your workouts  :D

I'm not sure the key factor on a life is a six pack....but... if thats what you feel will give you a "new life", well, good luck?

I think the OP must mean he/she is 15 years oldER. Unless of course "once in my life" refers to the six pack he had when he was 8 or something...

Nope. I checked OP's other posts and he is just 15 years old. :/

OOOooookay. Heh.

 hahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahahah too funny

i had a six pack when i was 13, but i gain 40 lbs then and lost most of it so yea lol

Well I'm sure you'll have no problem regaining it astroud, if that's what you want. Just remember there is more to life - and more to you, than a six pack. But best of luck hon! :)
