I'm on day 2 of my calorie counting.  This site looks really cool and i really think it will work for me.  I'm 34, and have 90 lbs to lose.  One day at a time. I live in the NorthEast suburbs of Minnesota and I work as a veterans advocate.  Let me know if anyone out there would like to buddy up with me and start this journey together!!!!

It doesn't look like many people post to this group.  Sometimes I'm good and will log everything for a week or two and then I get lazy and it will be a month or more before I get back to it.  I'm determined to do better this time.

I'm 44, female, and have about 50 pounds to lose.  I've lost about 20 so far.  I live out past Elk River and work in Maple Grove as an analyst.

One of the features that I like best about this site is the ability to input a recipe and have it analyze the nutritional value including calorie count.  I save the recipe, tag it and then can add it again and again.  It makes it a lot easier than trying to itemize everything on your plate.

I've found that the 50-100lb group has a lot of members that post often.

I too like the tool of analyzing the nurtritional value of meals.  I've been doing this for 10 days now, lost 4 pounds and most importantly I'm learning about caloric intake and what I should have been eating over the past years.  Now I have 84 lbs to lose, I'm 34 and hope I can stick with it.
