New and looking forward to contributing to the cause
Hi everyone. I've been on the roller coaster all my life. I've done the dieting, the dieticians, holistic medicine, hypnosis, weight loss plans, surgery and exercise. I've managed to have some great success but as we all know, the battle is ongoing. I've created a blog to help me keep track of my feelings, progress and diet. I have been her for a few months and I'm still on the roller coaster. We are the same age and I feel like it is time to take control. Do you feel the same way?

Control is the hardest part, sometimes I have it, other times I don't. But it consumes me, more so than it should. I feel guilty when I eat something extra or something "bad", and I feel guilty when I don't go to the gym. It's no way to live.
I'm hoping that having a forum to share will offer me some help in all this.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
