I am entirely too upset to rewrite everything about starting over on my diet journey to be 115..but im new, just joined from another site that had NO SUPPORT at all, and i really want to try and do this. again.

PLEASE read my profile, about me , section to know my stats and what im trying to do, and hit me back up with some replys.

i hope this site can help me out and show me more support. Yes. i have used all the tools and suggestions from experts on here, i am looking to see what else you all can provide :)

I'm sure you can do this.  Be patient and follow the guidelines suggested by CC.  I know it took me a while to break my plateau, but I had to fiddle with the daily calories a bit to find my "sweet spot" that has triggered a loss once again; and that took a couple of weeks to kick in.

Have you tied zig-zagging carbohydrates and protein?  I cut my carbs and increased my protein intake and although the calories are about the same, the weight has started to come off...

Also, watch the fat intake for the day. Not that I know your diet at all, but I know I was eating way more fat in ratio to carbs and protein when I started the plan. I figured; a calorie is a calorie.. but my daily diet was a C+ or B-.  Now I am usually an A or A- with some B+ days when I want to enjoy some of the normally forbidden foods.

Well, the past week as been the worst, because i've been out and not home almost DAILY, and have had to eat at restuarants, and V-day/leftovers of my favorite chicken francaise. that was a weakness. but its gone, and done with.

I threw away the remaining brownies a friend made me yesterday, bc they were just TOO tempting i kept picking at them.

In my ratio of calories i recorded before this site, it seemed like i was eating alot more CARBS than fat or protein, i need more protein, my doctor told me that, just to function. but i HATE red meats, so i have to get in other ways.

Today - my first day not eating at a resturant in a few days went like this(i also have not felt good all day so please keep that in consideration as to why i had such a LACK of food.)

Breakfast-Orange[70 calories],Light Wheat Toast[35calories],Jelly[25 calories]

Snack-orange[70calories],apple[70calories]

Lunch-orange[70calories]fruits cup[70 calories]

Snack-brownie [200 calories :(]

 Dinner-Whole Grain wheat waffles[120 calories for 2 waffles] sugar free syrup[30 calories]

Snack-Chicken wing,garlic..and some grilled chicken out of the south beach diet grilled chicken ceasar wrap, but i tried only a few cubes of the chicken, then i felt sick

Your snacks are bigger than your meals.....
i swear usualy there not, i just was having an off day, im usually better than that.

Hey; perhaps this is due to you feeling unwell but you did not get in much protein over the course of the day. Before the chicken, hardly any. It might help you to make a list of foods that are high in protein/reasonably low in calories that you REALLY enjoy.. and keep the list around to remind you what you can have at any given meal! It really helps me to think of a few good high protein and/or high fiber meals right before I go food shopping as well.
Do you like nuts or beans?  Those have protein and aren't meat.  Just a thought.
You need to balance you diet out a little more.  This will probably gross everyone out, but I put tofu in with my soup every day for protein.   Its really not bad...plus it keeps me satisfied.  I eat whole raw almonds almost every day.  Only about twelve.  Plus I eat tons of green leafy veggies.  I only eat fruit in the morning.  I eat oatmeal every single morning with flax seed.  All the foods I eat are quick and easy to prepare.  When ever I have to eat at a restaurant and I know they do not have good choices I make a salad wrap with wish bone salad spritzer.  Its simple quick and  easy to make a head of time.  I put it in a lunch box and away I go.  My friends and family are always giving me crap about it..but I ignore them.   I feel great and I will look great this summer.  I am slowly learning to like the healthier foods.  I am retraining my mind to understand that I should eat to live....not live to eat.   I hope this helps......Just because it works for me doesn't mean it will for you.....but maybe it will.
