New member this morning. Lucked upon the site. I'm willing to help encourage others and am looking for motivation for me also.

I'm 56 years old and need to lose 20 pounds and would welcome communication from anyone that is in a similar situation or anyone else that wants to lose weight.

I have a pretty good idea as to what is necessary for me, I just have not had the will power to do it. Please let this site be that motivation.
