If you sat down and ate an additionall 3500 cal - how long would it be before the extra pound reflected on the scales
How come Mary gives only very short answers? D: Especially on things like the "How do I figure out my healthiest lowest weight? BMI doesn't help me" question.. she gave the questioner tips but did not actually answer the question? This was something I am interested to find out also?
