New member - Also Trying to lose about 35#

I'm a 38 year old male, weighing in at 240.  5' 11" .  I've lost 4lbs since 1/9/08.

I carry a lot of muscle weight, so my goal is around 205-210.

I'm hitting the gym 5 out of 7, and counting calories, of course.

I did really well up until about two years ago and stayed between 210-220, when I started a woodworking business, and the kids have had more activities.  I lost my focus, enjoyed life just a bit too much, and put some weight back on.

As a young adult in my late teens, I was a whopping 260, lost about 25 pounds in college, then got down to 195 (not much muscle).  I started weightlifting, put on some muscle, and hovered between 210 and 220 for about 10 years.

I'm an avid woodworker, weightlifter.  I also enjoy motorcycles and I'm taking karate classes with my two girls.

I know what I need to do, and how, just need to stay focused.

Anyhow, nice site, just wanted to say hello.
