pittsburghman35: That is so awesome that you lost 12 pounds in one week. That is why my biggest obstacle in this is eating. I can work out for years and nothing will change because it's hard to change my eating habits. I have been working out for about 2 months now and have only lost 5 pounds. IT SUCKS!!!![]()
