Mm...chocolate and red wine are two of my favorites.
United I had to laugh when I read the sitting behind the sofa with your eyes squeezed shut.
I am trying to rid myself of the belief that as long as no one sees me and I eat it standing in front of the fridge with the door open...it has 0 calories.

I was looking for a plain old calorie counter and found this awesome site, full of information, tips, company (misery love company, you know-)

I love my new life as I am quilting to my heart's content, discovering new parts of the country, while staying connected with family and friends through the net (and letter writing, a long lost art). My biggest problem is learning how to be healthy while living in hotels and eating out all the time but that's a work in progress. I learn new ways to do this everyday and with the help of this site and the people who are so willing to share their experiences and ideas.

Part of the problem is also that I have celiac disease and am struggling to find low calorie ways of eating with that (there's not always reliable nutrition info, and you can bet there's more fat/calories in any alternative breads), and I'm very very flatfooted so the extra weight I gained in the past year is hurting my feet which makes it hard to walk and thus hard to exercise....

12. Biggest Obstacle to Getting Healthy? Lack of motivation, sort of. Part of the problem is also that I have celiac disease and am struggling to find low calorie ways of eating with that (there's not always reliable nutrition info, and you can bet there's more fat/calories in any alternative breads), and I'm very very flatfooted so the extra weight I gained in the past year is hurting my feet which makes it hard to walk and thus hard to exercise....

11. Favorite Beverage? Mmmm...either frozen coffee or bubble tea.
12. Biggest Obstacle to Getting Healthy? I'm entering my third year of college, and honestly, I think that's my obstacle. In high school, I was in marching band, and since we marched competitively, I was practicing 15-20 hours a week from June-November...that's an intense workout! Because for all that I intend to go work out no, I'm so tired after class and work and my volunteer organization that I just don't want to put the effort in. And the cafeteria makes things worse, because it's just easier to eat whatever's on the line (which is rarely healthy) than make a salad, and since the food is often not-so-good, my roommate and I have really gotten into a bad habit of eating dessert like ALL the time (it's usually the best thing in the cafeteria).
13. Weight/Fitness Goal? Ultimately, 145 lbs. would be nice, and I'd like to be more flexible. I really want to start taking ice skating classes (because I LOVE it), and all that stuff is easier to do when in better shape.
