That certainly sounds like a recipe for very poor health... Excessive exercise being a big feature fora lot of people that suffer from disordered eating and similar problems. Are you getting professional advice/counselling/treatment for that?
Yeah, i have made huge leaps in the last few weeks. I recently have restriceted my exercise to a specific routine each week, and have almost completely stopped counting calories, with the exception of some stressful days that i just go nuts, but otherwise i am getting better fast. So what brings you to CC?
The recipe analyser. And I use the food log as a spot check from time to time. Glad you're making some progress.... Are you gaining the lost weight back?
No i kind of have a fat malabsorbtion issue i think, since i had my gall bladder removed, so i am hoping that the weight is going to stay off, but i have stabalized, and i hope to increase slowly from here. I want to do it all through extremely healthy eating and muscle building, not just carb loading and laziness.
