Gela, I am proud of the decision you have made to change your life and get healthy.  As a older woman(48) I wish I had done this years ago.  I suffer from high cholestrol and diabetis.  I have been working on losing weight and getting healthy for the last 10 months.  I have lost 28lbs(had a few set backs) and brought my cholestrol and sugar leverls way down.  Doctor said within year I could be off the meds.  Please do this now and don't wait until you are forced to do it.
