I am a new member
Hello everyone,
I am a new member and I am really motivated to lose weight, especially after reading a book written by Jarod Fogle who lost 245 pounds in a year on his diet. That is a man with a plan. I won't go into details about my diet but I will say I am definitely cutting the calories and doing what I can to get this weight off hopefully in about twelve months. I am basically just trying to get under 200 pounds and get into some smaller clothes. Wish me luck! A little saying I like to remember from Winston Churchil "Success is not absolute, failure is not final, it is the courage to continue that matters."
