Hi, i've just signed up as a new member.
A month ago I joined a gym and am doing spinning, body combat and body pump all 2x weekly. When I don't have a class booked I do about an hour in the gym including treadmill and rowing, which means most days i'm doing something.
So far I havn't lost a pound! but my body does look like its slightly changing, I think the muffin top is a little smaller.
My diet is ok probably, not enough green vegetables. but pretty healthy 80% of the time.
I'm a little disappointed that i havn't lost any weight as I would like to lose a stone, i'm 5'4 and weigh 68 kilos - would like to get down to at least 59.
Am I on the right track, should I be eating less? I can't diet, i'm useless at it hence the exercise regime.
Thanks for listening - kjh
we don't know how much you're eating so it's difficult to tell you if you should be eating less or not.
it sounds like you're really active and that's great!! rowing is excellent exercise!!
if you want to be a bit more detailed about your stats and maybe use pounds instead of kilos :) that would be great for us U.S. folk...lol
