Hi, i'm new and i hope to use this site every day and participate in forums for ideas and support. currently i weigh about 190lbs, and my goal (for now) is 160.

i started counting calories last month, just using pen and paper, and i already felt a little bit better. now that i have this site and support, i think i will actually start to lose the pounds! thank you.
